SPCC Centenary Gala Dinner 2015

Dear Alumni
Our alma mater is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and we hope it provides an opportune time to involve all members of the SPCC family and reconnect our alumni around the world. One of the major celebratory events is the Centenary Gala Dinner:
Ticket Price: HK$1500 per person (each guest can bring home as souvenir a copy of the Centenary Book worth HK$250)
Given the overwhelming support from our alumni, we anticipate that demand for this big event would be very keen. In order to allow alumni from all graduating years, whether residing in Hong Kong or abroad, to have an equal opportunity to book dinner tickets, the booking procedure will be as follows:
- No individual table booking by alumni. No exceptions.
- Alumni must book their tickets through the Alumni Association’s list of Class Coordinators, whose names are listed on our website.
- Each graduation year is guaranteed four tables (48 seats).
- Each alumnus can book up to two tickets (self and spouse) with respective Class Coordinator. Tables are to be filled with alumni from you own year and their spouses only. No family members or guests should be included.
- If an alumnus is a parent of an existing student at the same time, this person is only permitted to make one booking (either through the Class Coordinator or as a parent through the Parent Teacher Association). Duplicate bookings will not be accepted.
- No primary school students or younger children will be admitted to the Dinner, except in the capacity as performers. They will not be allocated seating at the tables.
- Only if there are still unsold tables by August 2015, after allocating for Head tables, alumni, parents, teachers and Form 4-5 students, would we take table bookings by special request or category, e.g. family table etc.
- We will set aside a few “Special Tables” for the very senior alumni who may need to be accompanied by a family member or care giver. The accompanying person needs to pay full ticket price. Please contact SPCCAA office for details.

Please note that your booking with the Class Coordinator must be accompanied by a cheque for payment, payable to “The Council of St. Paul’s Co-educational College”.
